D365 Project Coordinator

Position Overview
As D365 Project Coordinator, you will be accountable for supporting the day-to-day management of functional and technical activities following the methodology and processes defined by the Project Manager. This role is also responsible for supporting the implementation of new processes overall program plan.
Essential Functions
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment where “Next Never Rests”.
1. Provide administrative and operational support to the project manager.
2. Participate in the daily routine meetings and support the creation of tasks based on the requests.
3. Ensure that the user stories and bugs follow the processes defined and contain the necessary tasks.
4. Follow up on the execution of the tasks and ensure it is well documented.
5. Assist with project documentation.
6. Ensure that documentation is produced through the execution of the user stories and bugs and follows the templates and processes defined.
7. Ensure that documentation of the project execution processes is up to date.
8. Assist with tracking.
9. Escalate blocked tasks and follow up on the actions.
10. Monitor progress of manual testing to ensure on-time delivery.
11. Monitor progress of different projects.
12. Follow up on incidents assigned to COC and TCS team as needed.
13. Ensure the team members update the different tools (devops, time tracking and work calendar).
14. Support overall Program plan and management processes.
15. Support Project Manager on the planning of the different projects.
16. Support Project Manager on the development and implementation of new processes, improvement of the existing ones and advise on changes.
17. Support Project Manager on maintenance and improvement of current tools (Devops, Sharepoint, MS Project, Loop,…).
18. Escalate any issues or risks.
Skills, Qualifications & Abilities
1. High level of attention to detail.
2. Process and problem-solving oriented.
3. Emotional intelligence and empathy.
4. A high level of resilience and composure.
5. Positive, adaptable, strongly organized approach.
6. Advanced MS Excel is required and PowerBI proficiency and experience working with DevOps or similar management tool are a plus.
7. Good understanding and implementation of management processes.
8. University degree in Business Management, Engineering or similar.
9. Good verbal and written communication skills, in English.
10. Ability to understand, communicate, interpret project management processes and requirements.
11. Experience coordinating projects and, as an added value, IT activities.
12. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
