As part of our growing strategy in one of our bigger customers in Portugal, DXC is looking for a Security Delivery Delegate to lead and enrich our Security Services.
As part of your main duties, you will be responsible for the end-to-end security services DXC provides to our customers in Portugal including: Managing the interlock with our customer Security Teams, DXC, and other third parties.
You will be the point of contact between DXC Cyber SOC services and our client, and the main reference in the communications with the IT teams belonging to our client ecosystem.
Being in charge of reporting and tracking our service, including incident management, change management, and SOC coordination.
Having hands-on experience in Security Operations and SOC toolset including: What are we looking for?
SIEM (Qradar as preference) and Security Incident management experience.
XDR (Knowledge of Palo Alto Cortex is a plus), EDR, and MS Security toolset knowledge.
Vulnerability management toolset (Rapid 7, Nessus, Qualys, etc.)
experience and a good understanding of the current threat landscape.
Excellent coordination and communication skills in both English and Portuguese (Spanish is a plus).
