About the Role:
* Collaborate for Success
o Execute ETL and Machine Learning projects end-to-end.
o Translate business goals into data ETL and data science problems.
o Plan roadmaps, set up data pipelines, evaluate and monitor models.
o Explain results to business stakeholders.
o Make technical decisions and contribute significantly to solution implementation.
o Provide guidance to data scientists and team members.
o Focus on delivering value.
* Build ETL and ML-Powered Solutions
o Solve Machine Learning problems based on time series data.
o Work on industrial IoT sensors that collect real-time data globally.
o Focus on time series analysis, forecasting, categorization, and anomaly detection.
o Use both supervised and unsupervised techniques.
o Participate in data ETL projects, unifying data streams from various product platforms and market segments into One Anova data stream.
* Advocate for Quality
o Contribute to the improvement of best practices and Ways of Working around ETL, Data Science, and Machine Learning.
o Continuously review and adapt Ways of Working to deliver high-quality ETL and ML-powered solutions that create a positive impact for clients.
What you’ll need to succeed:
* Hands-on experience delivering production-level cloud-native Machine Learning solutions; we love to hear about the cool stuff that you have built!
* Strong understanding of concepts around feature engineering, ML algorithms, model training, and evaluation.
* Solid experience in at least a few frameworks of the modern ML tech stack (e.g., Tensorflow, scikit-learn, MLFlow, Azure ML, Spark (Databricks)); our ML tech stack is cloud-native and we aspire to follow the best MLOps practices.
* Experience with time series forecasting and Azure Databricks is a plus!
* Good understanding of the best practices of software engineering and DevOps; things like git, linters, unit tests, CI/CD pipelines are something that you understand and use daily.
* Knowledgeable and adept in Agile methodologies, including experience working in an Agile team environment.
* Proficient in written and spoken English.
