We are recruiting Office Manager (M/F) for a company based in the Center of Coimbra.
As part of the Workplace team, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering an amazing experience at the office while providing essential operational support across the business.

Specifically, these will be your tasks:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for the office welcoming clients and dealing with facilities, mailing, supplies and equipment;
2. Ensure the office is fully operational, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and managing office equipment and supplies efficiently;
3. Respond to phone and email inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication;
4. Coordinate with IT to ensure office equipment and technology function smoothly, addressing any issues that may arise;
5. Partner with the Finance team regarding purchase orders.
You must have:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Office Assistant;
2. Exceptional customer service and organizational and operational skills;
3. Ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment;
4. Fluency in English (mandatory);
5. Good skills in MS Word and Excel.
