About your Team
You will be part of the General Admin team which is headed by the CFO, and you will report to the HR Manager.

How Can You Help?
As a Community Manager, you'll take ownership of our office environment, ensuring it’s an efficient, well-organized space that fosters productivity and collaboration. By creating a seamless and supportive workplace and supporting People Operations processes, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing employee engagement and keeping our team motivated, directly contributing to our overall success and cohesion.
Daily at Sensei, you will:
* Create a Productive Environment: Ensure the office is a space where everyone can work effectively and collaboratively, managing IT equipment and meeting spaces
* Be the Office Hero: Act as the go-to person for all office-related needs, ensuring seamless operations and a well-organized workspace.
* Coordinate with Suppliers: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the smooth operation of office equipment, kitchen supplies, and cleaning services.
* Maintain Demo Store Excellence: Keep our Demo store prepped and ready for client demos and internal meetings.
* Event Management: Plan and execute company/office events, including Offsites, team-building activities and meetings.
* Onboard and Offboard Employees: Support the onboarding and offboarding admin processes, ensuring seamless transitions for new hires and departures.
* Ensure Payroll and Records Accuracy: Assist with payroll preparation and maintain up-to-date employee records, ensuring legal compliance.
* Support People Projects: Help develop and implement new HR policies, assist with job postings, and schedule interviews
You will bring to the table:
* +2 years experience with HR/Internal Comms/Office management scopes, preferably in the tech industry
* Basic understanding of Office Operations practices and Space Management
* Proficient with HRIS, payroll systems, and office tools like Google Workspace and Slack
* Strong verbal and written communication to interact with employees, vendors, and management clearly and professionally.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects with keen attention to detail.
* Quick to identify and solve issues, thrive in fast-paced environments, and eager to learn new processes
After six months, success means:
* Developing and implementing office policies and standards that significantly enhance satisfaction with our office environment
* Evaluating all office suppliers and adjusting the procurement process to meet current needs while optimizing for cost-effectiveness
* Ensuring that all employee documentation is delivered on time and accurately
* Achieving 100% compliance with legal standards for employee records
