Sales and Account Management
We are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to drive growth and results in our international team based in Lisbon. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovative advertising solutions and have a proven track record in outbound sales, telemarketing or digital marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
* Engage with new and existing clients through phone and email, identifying their unique needs and opportunities for growth.
* Manage a portfolio of small business clients, focusing on driving revenue and maximizing their advertising success.
* Conduct in-depth research into client industries, understanding their challenges, and providing tailored advertising strategies.
* Present and sell customized solutions that meet client goals, overcoming objections and negotiating successfully.
* Proactively monitor and assess campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to optimize results.
* Become an expert in all advertising products and solutions, advising clients on the best use for their business.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and offer creative ideas to support clients' long-term success.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and ensure clients receive outstanding service.
What You Bring:
* Fluency in Dutch and English.
* Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing or digital marketing of minimum 2 years.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to analyze data and craft impactful sales pitches.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
