The Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top talent for our technical team. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies. You will also be responsible for building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute recruiting plans and strategies to identify and attract top talent in the technical field.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
* SOURCE and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
* Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.
* Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, including timely communication and feedback.
* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including negotiating offers.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system and relevant KPI reports.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
* Proficiency with platforms, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow is a plus.
* Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced command of English.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
* Ability to understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidates' technical skills.
* Experience in sourcing and engaging passive candidates through various channels.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
