Controller Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller for Holdings to work transversally with three other hubs and the parent company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling financial reporting processes and providing performance reports for decision-makers.
The key responsibilities include:
* FOLLOW-UP OF COSTS OF SUPPORT FUNCTIONS FOR SOME DIMENSIONS
* PROVIDE DAY-TO-DAY SUPPORT TO SOME DIMENSION HEADS TO HELP THEM PREPARE
* PREPARE SEMESTER AND YEAR-END CLOSINGS FOR EXTERNAL AUDITS
* MONTHLY ANALYSIS OF INCOME TAX AND CAPEX AT HUBS LEVEL
* PROVIDE FINANCIAL AD-HOC ANALYSIS WHEN REQUIRED
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A background in Finance and Accounting (Business school / Master in Finance or equivalent)
* 3-5 years of experience (audit, consolidation or accounting department)
* Strong problem-solving skills, accuracy and attention to detail required
* Rigorous and reliable in your work, ability to handle confidential information
* Excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills: a natural ability to champion and promote ideas and inspire change
* Demonstrate pro-activeness, critical thinking, effective time management and active listening skills
* Fluency in English
