Job Description
* Handles incoming calls or inquiries from clients: by email, chat or phone;
* Assists customers effectively by solving problems;
* Provides customer additional information or explains services;
* Discusses products offered and ensures customer satisfaction;
* Tactfully handles confrontational or stressful interactions with the public;
* Completes supporting paperwork and data entry as required;
* Accurately captures customer information;
* Creates and maintains service reports.
Qualifications
* C2 or Native level of written and verbal communication skills in: Dutch;
* Good command of English (B2 Level);
* Minimum: High School Diploma;
* Proficient in using computers (Windows, MS Office, and other common software);
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset;
* Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt continuously;
* Ability to multitask;
* Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations;
* Possess strong problem-solving skills.
