Job Description
We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to drive the design efforts for modernizing and enhancing complex applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, love solving challenging problems, and have a sharp eye for detail.
* Contribute to UX/UI design efforts for application modernization projects with a primary focus on UI design.
* Create and manage a scalable components library using Figma.
* Develop user-centric solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
* Define and maintain a design system aligned with client principles and branding.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals.
* Work alongside developers to ensure design consistency and adherence to style guidelines.
* Facilitate workshops, user research, and feedback sessions to gather insights and refine designs.
* Advocate for user-centered design principles, continuously iterating based on feedback.
* Utilize tools like Jira, GitLab, and Storybook to integrate design seamlessly into the development workflow.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful user-centered solutions.
* Expertise in Figma, including managing components libraries and collaborating with development teams.
* Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) and familiarity with GitLab and Storybook.
* Previous experience with Material-UI (MUI) components is a significant advantage.
* Solid graphic design skills to complement UI work.
* Strong self-management, autonomy, and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
* Comfort working on highly technical projects with simple, elegant design solutions.
* Ability to balance creative vision with technical feasibility and business requirements.
