Our client is a shared service centre.
Your new responsibility Reporting to the international HR, you will be responsible for: Reporting, dashboard and other activities linked to training performance monitoring; Analysing the performance indicators – linked to training; Analysis of extractions from HR Training platform; Conduct numerous analyses asked by HR Global Direction; Drawing up graphs and ppt presentations for the Global HR department; Working closely with the HR team: Ensure the reliability of data prior to result production and contribution and work toward process simplification
What do you need to succeed? Degree in psychology, Administration, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related areas, with specialisation or certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or related areas being a plus; Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal); 3 years of experience; Process driven and always seeking for continuous improvement; Strong analytics skills; Advanced excel; Strong interpersonal and communication skills; The ability to communicate with management and collaborators with synthesis and efficiency.
What the company can offer you
Temporary contract with Hays, with the possibility to integrate the headcount of our client - SSC. We offer a base salary and meal allowance, with 3 days at the office and 2 days working from home.
