Job Description In this role, you will support in answering general Human Resources inquiries for pre-hiring, learning, and employee-related services via streamlined and standardized responses.
You will support your colleagues in navigating through their daily work by solving their inquiries.
In your new role, you will:
Respond to customer inquiries through our HR systems via standardized responses and strive for first-contact resolutionAnswer general questions and capture required information/material from our customers and if needed push it forward to the next level of supportSupport HR hotline in English and GermanSupport feeding the internal knowledge base so our customers can be better supported via the self-service HR system in the futureContribute to the creation, updating, and requesting of new response templates to provide standardized high-quality responses for service clusters' eligible topics Your Profile You have a service mindset and a strong customer orientation, which allows you to target specific needs and provide a service of excellence.
You have excellent communication skills and can work with different stakeholders, adapting your actions to each situation and individual, providing a personalized service considering the different needs.
You are best equipped for this position if you have:
A bachelor's degreeThe capability to take responsibility and provide a quality servicePrevious experience in customer service would be a great advantageKnowledge of HR processes or tasks would be a plusAdvanced level of English and good level of German (mandatory) Please send us your CV in English so we can get to know you better!
