Global Clinical Project Manager
The Global Clinical Project Manager will oversee interdisciplinary clinical research studies and ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirements. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and a deep understanding of the clinical research industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects as a project manager, overseeing study conduct partners and proactively identifying and managing issues.
* Lead project teams to ensure quality, timelines, and budget management, while ensuring financial performance of each project.
* Coordinate activities and deliverables of all study conduct partners, including TMF quality and completeness, maintenance of study information on various databases and systems, and development and implementation of project plans.
* Prepare project management reports for clients and management, developing contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery of study goals.
* Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or add-on business for the future.
* May participate in bid defense meetings as a potential project manager.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Clinical research organization (CRO) and relevant therapeutic experience preferred, with strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
* Direct therapeutic area expertise and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken.
