Position Summary
Act as a key driver of the eBusiness Strategy in the Global Transformation of Nestlé by enabling the activation of IMS’ in-house solution 'Content Services' and supporting Markets/Businesses along the Product Content lifecycle (., Creation, Adaptation, Distribution and Monitoring of Product eContent Assets across all touchpoints). The Content Services brings marketing scalability, automation, cost efficiency, and speed to markets.
A day in the life of…
By fostering strong relationships in Nestlé’s global and local content landscape and digital ecosystem, the eContent Account Lead is the interface between Nestlé’s key Global and Regional stakeholders, Local Markets, and IMS Content Services team, ensuring the following:
1. Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal content solutions and support in their activation
2. Delivery of World Class Service
3. Lead & support the team of Content Account Specialists on daily operations
4. Interact, liaise and negotiate with internal global/regional stakeholders
5. Alignment with IMS Global and Local Leadership teams
6. Bring insights based on available data to provide solutions
7. Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper execution of Services (Processes, Service Catalogue, Training materials, Briefs, .
8. Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external suppliers to track Service Delivery to identify improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs.
9. Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship and seek new opportunities to grow the partnerships
10. Properly map our Nestlé’s digital ecosystem and stakeholders.
11. Liaise with Finance & Control team for the correct and timely charge back of services provided to Nestlé Markets/Businesses
12. Ensure compliance with Nestlé Global standards including effective management of Standard Routines, Market Deployment Toolkit and Control Best Practices.
What Will Make You Successful
13. At least 7 years’ experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management
14. Proven experience in managing marketing Key/Global/Regional accounts
15. Strong relationship management skills
16. Strong presentation and/or selling skills
17. Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting
18. Strong Marketing mindset
19. Business efficiency driven
20. Solid understanding of the Digital Ecosystem
21. Great level of knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle
22. Good understanding of Branding and Content principles
23. Up to speed on Content & Digital trends and best practices
24. Experience in using Project Management, Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget, Volumes, Resources)
25. Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks
26. English (advanced level)
27. Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive)
28. French (preferred, not dismissive)
29. Spanish (preferred, not dismissive)
