Who are we looking for:
A professional who is driven, well informed, and full of energy is needed to join our European team and help our biosimilar business in Portugal develop.
Area of Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed the assigned sales target.
* Ensure the availability of company products in healthcare institutions by shaping and promoting optimal offers of the company.
* Generate demand for company products at key customers in the assigned territory through the execution of tender contracts (pull through) or private sales.
* Generate loyalty through regular doctor visits defined in the doctors' list.
* Responsible for product detailing and discussions with customers to keep them up to date with the latest scientific and practical information regarding our biosimilar portfolio.
Implementation of Marketing Strategies
* Area Management: Effective management of the territory through optimal selection of activities for managing healthcare institutions, doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff, considering the knowledge of the decision-making areas visited and prescribing behavior of physicians.
* Cooperation with Key Customers: Lead or support dialogue or commercial recommendations in accordance with the current pricing and policy.
* Cooperation with Trade Partners: Conduct or support discussions or trading recommendations in accordance with the applicable pricing and trading policy.
* Communication: Provide legal content in external and internal communication while maintaining good manners.
* Promotional Materials: Effectively dispose of promotional materials in accordance with the assumptions of promotional cycles.
* Compliance: Perform tasks while fully respecting local laws and internal policies.
* Team Collaboration: Cooperate effectively with other representatives of the company in information sharing and joint projects.
* Reliable and timely planning and reporting activities and results, updating the database in accordance with company requirements.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's in pharmacy/graduation in any Science stream, Masters in Pharmacy/post-graduation in science stream.
* Experience in pharma environment on similar positions with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Oncology, Diabetes, or Immunology (desirable experience in Biologics / Biosimilars).
* Knowledge of therapeutic areas, legal and pricing regulations required for this job position.
