Key Responsibilities
* Offering technical support and guidance on the usage of music-related products
* Providing assistance to customers through phone, email, and live chat channels
* Delivering efficient guidance and recommendations for purchasing products
* Guiding users in utilizing their products, including software installation and device synchronization
Requirements
* Native level of French and good level of English
* Enthusiasm about music and software
* Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Energetic, innovative, and proactive approach to work
* Excitement about intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle
* Valid Portuguese work permit (required)

o Including free accommodation: 1040€ gross/month
o Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month
