Your mission: Responsible for assisting guests upon arrival, during their stay, and at departure, while upholding the brand's service standards.
What You Will Do Ensure that guests receive a welcome and farewell according to brand standards.
Assist guests by opening and closing car doors, hotel doors, and elevators.
Help guests secure taxi service.
Ensure the hotel entrance is staffed at all times.
Provide guests with information on points of interest, nearby areas, hotel services, and exits.
Keep the hotel entrance and lobby clean and organized.
Ensure that guests receive all information about hotel services and amenities upon check-in.
Stay informed about daily events, groups, VIPs, etc.
Maintain constant communication with the front desk.
Respond to any guest complaints or concerns.
What We Are Looking For Minimum 1 year of experience in the role.High level of Portuguese and advanced EnglishHospitality degree.Quality and customer service oriented. Requisitos :
