Responsibilities
* Support existing customers with technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket, and chat.
* Show software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that solves individual IT challenges.
* Identify customer needs and forward such requests to the sales department.
* Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.
Requirements
* University degree in economics or other relevant vocational education.
* Previous Customer Support experience.
* Native German and Business English (B2/C1) is mandatory.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills and passion for working with people.

* Annual gross salary: €25,000 base + up to €5,000 in Performance Bonus + €2,400 (net) in meal allowances.
