We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst
to join us in Lisbon.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams
* Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
* Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
* Support solution design, testing, and implementation phases
* Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a
Senior IT Business Analyst
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, processes, and software development life cycle (SDLC)
* Experience working in complex, international environments
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Language Requirements:
* Fluent English (mandatory)
* Fluent French (mandatory)
Nice to Have:
* Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
* Background in digital transformation or large-scale IT projects
