We are looking for adynamic and experienced Team Leaderto join a growing Shared Services Center in Porto. If you have a passion for leading teams and experience in people management, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of dedicated professionals.
Manage and oversee daily operations of Collections.
Coordinate the Cash Application process, including receiving and applying payments, and resolving procedural queries.
Supervise invoice adjustments and dispute resolution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
Develop and maintain reporting/dashboards to monitor metrics and performance.
Analyze results and conduct monthly analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to optimize processes and achieve established goals
Requirements:
Proven experience in people management.
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas: Collections, Cash Application, Invoice Adjusting/Billing
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactivity and results-oriented mindset.
Fluency in English
