Our client is a world market leader gaming brand of home video game consoles and production company.
As a customer service specialist in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Respond efficiently and effectively to all customers' enquiries within given timescales
2. Develop and maintain a full technical knowledge of the client's products and services
3. Deal with all correspondence as requested/required
4. Accurately log all calls in line with procedures
5. Responsibly maintain and update all job-related administrative forms
6. Be able to recognize when a problem/query should be transferred to another department or a more senior member of staff
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
1. Proficient level of Italian (C1)
2. Intermediate level of English (B1)
3. Previous experience in Customer Service preferred
4. Impeccable communication skills
5. A calm, cool and level-headed attitude in every situation
6. Excellent self-organizing skills
7. A proactive approach and willingness to work on own initiative
8. Ability to work under pressure, in order to achieve deadlines and KPI's
9. Ability to adapt to a continuously changing environment and procedures
10. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (Word, Excel)
11. High-speed internet access and appropriate conditions for remote work
12. Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit
13. Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Portugal
