Job Description:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IT projects, with specific deliverables including detailed documentation and high-quality software products. This role requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure that project objectives are met within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines, resources, budget, and milestones to ensure successful project completion.
* Oversee the creation of detailed specifications and test plans, ensuring all documentation is accurate and meets industry standards.
* Lead the different IT teams, facilitate effective communication, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and progress.
* Coordinate with development teams to ensure software products meet specified requirements and quality standards, managing the entire software development lifecycle.
* Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring all deliverables undergo rigorous quality assurance processes.
* Develop and secure a comprehensive migration strategy to ensure a smooth transition to the live environment, coordinating with relevant teams to manage data migration and system integration.
