Take the leap into a career where every day is an adventure, every request a challenge, and every success a testament to your exceptional skills.RequirementsMUST have excellent language skills in professional English and Dutch / Flemish, in written and spoken (according to the CERF Framework C1-C2).2+ years experience in leisure-oriented sectors such as hospitality, retail, leisure, customer service, concierge, or call center.Experience with a GDS system is a must; preferably Amadeus.Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers, and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all times.Strong administration skills and ability to prioritize workloads to meet strict deadlines.Have a strong passion for everything related to travel and the luxury lifestyle, including gastronomy, events, and culture.Service-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure.Natural sales flair with experience in selling lifestyle and travel services.Positive attitude and identification with Ten Group values.Value exceptional service and live by this motto.Computer literate to a high level and proficient with all Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint); additional software or CRM tools experience is an advantage.Flexibility: This position is a full-time 40-hour per week role on a shift basis, with the ability to work a 5-day work week between the hours of 08:00-20:00 GMT shift either Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday.Rewards Designed Around YouA competitive salary depending on experience, plus a performance-based bonus.Hybrid working: You can combine working from home and working from the office.
