What you will do
* Identify and explore new business opportunities in the private and public sectors, including public procurement processes.
* Engage with international clients to identify opportunities for growth in global markets.
* Conduct market research and generate new business leads.
* Outreach through methods such as cold-calling and cold-emailing to connect with potential clients.
* Follow up on deals and support long-term client relationship growth.
* Collaborate with our teams to create compelling commercial proposals that combine our technical capabilities and design expertise.
* Support contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and conditions, under the guidance of senior team members.
* Work with public procurement platforms such as Vortal and Acingov, understanding the different types and formats of public procurement and contributing to tender submissions.
Requirements
* Academic background in areas such as Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
* Ideally, 1 to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, account management or a related role (preferred but not mandatory).
* Basic knowledge of or interest in the IT, UX and/or Design markets (preferred).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A problem-solving mindset and resilience to overcome challenges.
* Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).
* Familiarity with public procurement processes is a bonus.
