Your Impact The Partner Delivery Specialist holds the accountability and responsibility for case delivery management in the regions for a specific partner within EMEA Theatre.
The Partner Delivery Specialist is aligned to the Quote to Cash delivery process.
They will own, manage, and oversee the successful execution of Case Based transactions Delivery and Performance Management.
The focus of the Partner Delivery Specialist is to proactively optimize & simplify customer, partner & stakeholder experience using data analytics to retrieve actionable insights.
They will also be responsible for driving critical case escalation resolution.
Our Minimum Qualifications Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identifying & articulating problems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
Our Preferred Qualifications Knowledge in AI technologies to find opportunities for automation and digitization in Commerce Operations.
Knowledge on Quote to Cash process & Service Delivery.
Ability to influence without authority.
Ability to translate stakeholder requests into clear actions to be completed.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment.
Accountable for timeous case escalation resolutions and driving performance improvement opportunities.
Ability to work cross-functionally in all matters related to case delivery management.
Passion to leverage reporting to draw insights & facilitate issue resolution.
Comfortable in leveraging different channels & engaging with cross-functional teams to reach the desired solution.
