.AUTODOC is the largest and fastest growing auto parts ecommerce platform in Europe.Present across 27 countries with around 5,000 employees, AUTODOC generated revenue of over €1.3 billion in 2023, supplying more than 7.4 million active customers with its 5.8 million vehicle parts and accessories for car, truck, and motorcycle brands.ResponsibilitiesIdentify technology gaps in existing business processes and develop mitigation plans to close these gaps, enabling more efficient workflows and improved decision-making.Design and optimize business processes, pinpointing bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and suggest technological solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.Partner with key business units and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data democratization and the adoption of self-service analytics tools to empower business teams.Design and implement onboarding plans and roadmaps for integrating new business units into the self-service analytics ecosystem, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term success.Identify resistance to change within business units and manage the transition to self-service analytics, addressing concerns and fostering buy-in.Develop onboarding materials, training programs, workshops, and other resources to facilitate the successful adoption of self-service analytics tools and methods.Train, guide, and mentor business teams, helping them become proficient with self-service analytics tools and ensuring they can independently create insights from data.Measure the effectiveness and risks of self-service analytics initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and identifying any obstacles or gaps in adoption.Requirements3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, or similar role, with a strong focus on process optimization and technology adoption.Solid understanding of business process design, identifying inefficiencies and proposing technological solutions to improve workflows.Proven ability to drive change and adoption of new technologies, particularly in the context of self-service analytics.Experience in onboarding, training, and upskilling teams, with a focus on building analytics capabilities within business units.Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.G., SQL, Python, Power BI, Metabase Tableau, Looker, etc), with the ability to guide others in using these tools for data-driven decision-making.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively manage stakeholders at various levels.Ability to design and implement effective training materials and programs that cater to diverse learning needs.Experience in measuring and evaluating the success of technology adoption initiatives and assessing risks associated with self-service analytics programs.Fluent in English (C1 level or equivalent), with a knack for simplifying complex concepts for non-technical audiences
