Description
Maximize revenue growth and profit by building strategic partnership with keyaccounts. Plan and execute sales strategies, tailored for the selected accounts and aligned with the local business strategy.
Cross-Fuctional collaborator to align company resources with client objectives. Highly analytical, using data to monitor performance, inform decision making and drive strategic iprovements.
Profile
Develop Strategic Account Management to achieve sales targets and objectives;
Engage in negotiations that should aim at building strong and long-term oriented relationships with the channel account;
Partner relationship management that should deliver a strong undertsanding of the client's needs;
Cross-collaboration within internal business divisions;
Forecasting, performance tracking & reporting;
7 -10 year's experience in key account management;
Experience with Sonae/Worten accounts is preferred;
Success in sales target and client relationships development;
Trategic Thinking & Problem solving
Adaptability & Resilience;
Strong negotiation;
Project Management & Orgainzational Skills;
Excellent communication skills and confident presenting (fluent English);
Team player with a customer-oriented approach and a commercial awareness;
Analytical & Data Driven;
Proven experience in team leadership.
