Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* A strong desire to provide courteous and helpful telephone and written support to German-speaking customers.
* Proficiency in German and fluency in English (both written and spoken).
* Outstanding communication skills.
* A keen willingness to learn.
* (Optional) Experience in a telephone customer service or call center environment.
Your Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
* Addressing questions and concerns of German-speaking customers via phone.
* Assisting with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via email, chat, and social media channels.
* Providing information about trending products, offering advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.
* Engaging in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
Employment Details
