About the job: In this role, you will interact directly with customers at different stages of the digital journey and be responsible for ensuring that each customer has a pleasant experience, following the best practices of pre-defined operational procedures and guidelines.
What you'll do: Work with a web interface and carry out operational checks, based on prior training and pre-defined scripts.
Conduct video interviews with end-users following a well-defined script and ensure the fulfilment of all the requirements following company guidelines and protocols.
Carry out engagement tasks with end-users to ensure that they have all necessary support, making them feel comfortable and at ease during the interview process.
Work with the internal technical teams providing feedback and suggest improvements to the interview process.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest new approaches.
Follow internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Provide necessary clarification on the process decision whenever requested.
About you: Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent proven expertise in Information Technology, Finance, or legal area.
Customer care experience, strong attention to detail, and ability to ensure consistency across interviews.
Experience using web platforms and familiarity with video conferencing tools.
Meticulous and proactive with great organization skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Ethical behavior, transparency, and ability to establish trust-based long-term relationships.
Focus on providing high-quality service and the ability to deal with customers of different profiles and situations.
Good teamwork skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Politeness, great interpersonal skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills (Portuguese and English) with Spanish proficiency being valued.
To be based in LOQR's headquarters (Felgueiras).
