In our Tech Unit, the work is focused on Tech and High Tech clients for ICT and Engineering positions in the European Market. As a Freelance Tech Recruiter, you are expected to:
1. Interpret job descriptions accurately.
2. Create links between job descriptions, client business, and candidate profiles.
3. Hunt top skilled professionals around the EU to fill openings for our clients.
4. Assess requirements through a detailed interview process.
5. Provide detailed analysis about suitable candidates.
6. Build a constant pipeline with weekly submissions.
You will count on internal support from HR, Digital Marketing, and Recruitment Managers.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in Tech Recruitment, preferably in positions for the High Tech industry.
2. Able to recruit complex and senior profiles.
3. Experienced in hunting processes.
4. Ability to interpret technical requirements.
5. Proficient in interview techniques.
Nice to have:
1. Experience in relocating candidates between countries.
2. Technical academic background in ICT or Engineering.
3. Previous experience as a Freelance Recruiter.
4. Freelance contract that allows you to work from any part of the world.
5. Work with the best tech clients inside the European Union.
