We are currently seeking an experienced and organized individual to join our team as a Release Manager. This role involves facilitating the rollout of new software releases to customer environments in collaboration with functions across the organization.
In this position, you will be responsible for implementing release management processes and driving release management excellence through continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistently stable and predictable software releases.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and experience in process design, implementation, and improvement. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, facilitation skills, and written and spoken communication skills in English.

Your Profile
* 3-5 years of working experience in a Software Development, Operations or Customer Success function.
* Highest education degree, preferably in business or technology.
* Solid understanding of the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle and BizDevOps collaboration in a SaaS business.
* Excellent organizational skills, preferably with a track record from project, program, or delivery management roles.
* Strong facilitation skills, with an ability to foster collaboration, drive progress through servant leadership, and enable improvement through coaching.
* Experience with process design, implementation, and improvement.
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English with an ability to effectively connect with business and technical stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive within a fast-paced work environment and adapt to change.
