Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a company in the energy sector, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a Personnel Manager (m/f).
Reporting to the CEO, you will:
* Lead and manage the hiring process, from developing job descriptions to onboarding new hires, ensuring we attract the best people.
* Implement and oversee performance management processes, fostering an environment of continuous feedback and growth.
* Develop processes and tools to empower people to grow, address conflict and issue resolution, and promote an inspiring and accomplishing workplace.
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations; update policies, processes, and procedures as necessary. Work to develop competitive compensation and benefits packages.
* Identify skills gaps and coordinate training programs to support employee ongoing learning, growth, and development.
* Work within a remote and hybrid environment, drive initiatives and internal communication to enhance company culture and values, and boost employee motivation, collaboration, and retention.
* Build deep relationships on an ongoing basis with the company's technical talent and external persons and organizations in order to drive and attract unique expertise to the company.
Profile:
* 7+ years in HR with a focus on management, employee relations, and compliance.
* Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certification a plus).
* Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Fluent in English, written and spoken.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
