Our client is recruiting for the position of GlobalIT Compliance Specialist (M/F).
The role focuses on developing and supporting IT quality and compliance initiatives, aligning them with internal processes, control frameworks, and risk management. It involves assessing IT risks, ensuring controls are in place to mitigate them, and participating in the global Compliance and Quality community. The position also collaborates with Group Internal Audit and regularly engages with Tech, Data, and Digital teams.
Responsibilities:
* Manage internal control activities for the HQ scope and oversee the IT control framework.
* Conduct design testing and assess the effectiveness of controls and applications.
* Coordinate with IT Process Owners, IT Application Owners, and Service Owners to ensure compliance and control activities are efficient and effective.
* Perform impact analysis when deficiencies are identified and support the development of action plans.
* Organize weekly follow-up meetings and steering committees with stakeholders.
* Monitor the implementation of controls and action plans.
* Provide internal control training and support to peers and stakeholders to ensure they develop the necessary knowledge and skills to maintain IT controls in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
1. Requirements:
* Relevant experience in IT, including compliance, risk management, IT audit, or IT internal control.
* Experience in identifying control gaps, audit testing, and providing control design recommendations to management
* Strong knowledge of IT General Controls, automated controls, and security controls.
* Background in Information Systems and Technology combined with business knowledge, or experience in IT consulting.
* Certification such as CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) is a plus.
* +3 years of experience in Internal Control/Internal Audit, with a focus on IT Internal Control & Compliance.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and active listening skills.
* Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
* Teamwork-oriented, innovative, autonomous, and resourceful.
* Strong analytical and organizational skills.
