Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter Team Leader to lead our recruitment efforts in Portugal. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and managing the ITSM module, including Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
The ideal candidate will optimize business processes, assess the current environment, and recommend automation opportunities. They will create and maintain technical documentation, manage the Service Catalog and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and oversee upgrades and modifications to the ServiceNow instance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Configure and manage the ITSM module, including Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
* Optimize business processes and oversee continuous improvement initiatives.
* Assess the current environment and recommend automation opportunities wherever possible.
* Create and maintain technical documentation.
* Manage the Service Catalog and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Coordinate upgrades and modifications to the ServiceNow instance.
* Oversee permissions and access management (roles, users, and groups).
* Perform regular maintenance checks to ensure optimal instance performance.
* Troubleshoot operational and system issues on a daily basis.
* Deploy update sets from non-production environments.
* Configure and manage notifications and alerts.
* Set up and schedule reports.
* Ensure the health and accuracy of the CMDB.
* Manage access control lists (ACLs) and develop scripts (server and client).
* Design and manage standard load templates for data imports.
* Resolve incidents and handle routine service requests.
* Provide process training to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent degree.
* Strong knowledge of both CMDB and ITSM modules.
* Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, administration, and usage.
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, management, and deployment.
* Ability to troubleshoot system issues and recommend long-term solutions.
* Understanding of ServiceNow implementation and ITIL best practices.
* ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator), ServiceNow ITSM Fundamentals, and ITIL Foundation certification are a plus.
* Knowledge of IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Infrastructure is a plus.
* Written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 or above).
* Candidates must be based in Portugal and possess either Portuguese citizenship or a valid Work Visa/Residence Card - mandatory requirement.
