Our client is based in Lisbon and it's one of the biggest multinationals specialized in Customer Experience for some of the world’s leading brands.
What will you do?
As an Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- You will investigate accounts with suspicious activities and decide which orders will be processed or cancelled
- You will call customers to obtain necessary details regarding their activity
- You will assist customers by answering queries relating to their order status, changes and delivery deadlines
- You will gather all required data elements in the internal Online Store and other systems of record
Who are we looking for?
You're the candidate we're looking for if:
- You have fluent in Italian
- You have an advanced level of English
- You have experience in Customer Service or Digital industry (it's a plus)
- You have strong solve problem-skills in order to deliver customer focused solutions
- You have analytical skills
- You have the ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadline pressure
- You're flexible and committed
