E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS EXPERT
Challenge:
In this role, you will oversee order fulfillment and inventory management, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction. Key responsibilities include tracking fulfillment cycles, managing stockouts, controlling safety stock, and handling shipping and reverse logistics. You will lead ecommerce logistics projects, implement new markets, ensure compliance, and monitor transportation KPIs. Additionally, you'll manage Service/OMS projects, maintain technology partner relationships, and oversee development lifecycles.
Responsibilities:
1. Track & trace fulfillment cycles and efficiency
2. Monitor satisfaction rates & stockouts (transfers & reservations)
3. Oversee inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
4. Order lifecycle logistics lead times (CLT » SIT » SMF » Order2Ship)
5. Ensure stock uniformity (stock lifecycle, sales consumables)
6. Control & negotiate safety stock
7. Monitor & manage logistics consumables
8. Identify, manage, and mitigate order stockouts
9. Ensure proper handling of shipping processes (HD, PUDO, C&C) and reverse logistics
10. Lead logistics & transportation projects (requirements, QA, monitoring)
11. Implement new markets & store database management
12. Ensure compliance in all transactional markets
13. Track KPIs for transportation efficiency (ship2deliver lead time, % successful deliveries, reverse logistics) & monitor costs
14. Manage Service /OMS projects assuring FSD and User Stories, as well as maintaining relationship with technology partners, internal users, roadmap & development lifecycles
Profile:
1. A degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering (preferential)
2. 3 years' experience in the role (retail)
3. Experience of working in retail companies
4. Proficient in English and Spanish (oral and written)
5. Positive, proactive, creative, resourceful and resilient
6. Availability to live in Porto
