Project Details
The Ntokon project is a development in the OML102 block in Nigeria, based on a minimalistic wellhead platform tied-back to the Ofon OFP2 CPP via 26km pipelines.

Innovation Driven Project
Ntokon is an innovation driven Project with Conductor Supported Platform and Zapock pipeline concepts to be rolled-out.
Project Timeline
FEED will start October 2024 for 5 months, FID is expected end Q1 2025 and first oil Q2 2027.
This timeline intends to make Ntokon the flagship of Company capacity to develop resources in minimal time.
Objectives
The Ntokon Project aims to maximize economical results by:
* optimizing the reserves
* scheduling activities efficiently
* reducing costs
* minimizing Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emission
While maintaining technical quality and high HSE requirements.
Service Dimensions
The service holder is responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities (tendering / contracting phase) of contracts necessary during the Life of Project and related to the management of Feed contracts up to close out.
Main Activities
1. Stay informed about Company Rules, Specifications, and procedures related to Contract and Procurement.
2. Implement and verify procedures associated with Contract activities.
3. Organize, direct, supervise, and support contract engineers.
4. Coordinate the tendering/contracting process, including pre-qualification if necessary.
5. Manage Contract Management during the Execution of the FEED Contract.
6. Participate in the settlement of disputes with legal, insurance, and finance specialists.
7. Coordinate/participate in the approval process of contract amendments.
8. Apply or ensure the application of the Due Diligence procedure.
9. Supervise the close-out of Contracts.
10. Define and implement a reporting process for Contract Management activities.
11. Report to the Project Control Manager, highlighting progress and areas of concern.
12. Gather 'lessons learnt' and provide feedback to other COMPANY entities.
13. Act as Project Control Manager in their absence.
Qualifications & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* An engineering degree or equivalent qualification
* A comprehensive understanding of contract development and management in an international context
Membership in the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPS UK or Nigeria) or similar supply chain organizations is highly encouraged.
Candidate's ability to utilize SAP/R3 and e-sourcing tools will be an added advantage.
Professional Experience: 10-20 years
Experience in similar position: 7-10 years
