Staff Software Engineer Role
You will play a critical role in shaping AI-driven architectures that power our next-generation intelligent customer engagement platforms. Your contributions will directly impact how AI-powered customer experiences are shaped, enhancing the intelligence and efficiency of next-generation service platforms.
Job Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver a cloud-based data foundation system and AI agent platform, leveraging AI/ML models and applying prompt engineering techniques.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-performance, reliable, scalable service with assured AI quality.
* Lead architectural discussions, providing technical design and strategic guidance to align with the overall technology roadmap while ensuring the adoption of best engineering practices.
* Drive long-term technical strategy and influence engineering roadmaps across multiple teams, ensuring scalability and extensibility of AI-driven services.
* Mentor and provide technical leadership, fostering a collaborative and innovative development culture focused on technical excellence.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in backend development for cloud-based services, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Proficiency in Java, Python, C++, C#, Kotlin, Scala, or similar languages.
* 5+ years of experience building and optimizing data-intensive services, including data processing, transformation, storage, and retrieval at scale.
* Strong experience working with distributed data platforms and modern data architectures, such as Apache Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Delta Lake, or similar.
* Proven ability to drive architectural decisions and technical strategy in a cross-functional environment.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
