Job Responsibilities:
1. Design and develop programs based on the functional requirements.
2. Provide expert Subject Matter/design thinking and functional support, including maintenance for complex activities within SAP ECC HR module.
3. Prepare technical design documents and perform unit testing.
4. Propose robust solutions to meet the functional needs.
5. Build professional relationships with team members and clients to ensure delivery of proposed solutions.
6. Demonstrate leadership by identifying priorities, being decisive, and leading strategic topics on a global basis.
7. Work efficiently in a multi-cultural environment.
Pre-requisites for the Job:
1. Preliminary training.
2. IT degree in High school or University.
3. At least 3+ years of experience with SAP core module expert knowledge and understanding, including HR Human Resources: Time Management, Organizational Management, Payroll, Benefits.
4. Experience in SAP configuration within the Implementation Guide (IMG) for SAP-HR.
5. Strong understanding of UI principles.
6. At least 3+ years with OData and REST API.
7. Knowledge and/or strong experience with integration technologies such as Web Services, APIs, and/or SAP RFC connections.
8. Must have previous experience working on international projects.
9. Languages: English and French welcome.
10. Required aptitude and qualities: Communication skills, collaborative instinct, resistance to stress, ability to analyze, and flexibility.
