HR Admin - French Speaker (Sickness Implementation)
We are looking for an HR Admin - French Speaker to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.
Your Mission
* Receive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, …)
* Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAP PHM
* Archive the sick leave certificates according with the defined process (GDPR data)
* Maintain accurate records of salary certificates and resolve any discrepancies
* Provide level 1 support to employees on sick leave topics through email and ticketing tool
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Fundamental fluency in French
* Previous experience working in Human Resources
* Proficiency in SAP, Workday & Google Suite
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
* Results-oriented, with a logical approach to completing tasks
* Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
* Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areas
* Versatility to work with different technical tools
