Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage incidents from start to finish. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders to minimize the impact and ensure safety standards are met.
Main Responsibilities:
* Create and track tickets to maintain a clear chronology of incidents and conduct thorough analyses.
* Organize and facilitate status updates with companies, technicians, and suppliers to ensure timely communication.
* Prepare detailed status reports to keep stakeholders informed.
* Report incidents to the Service Delivery Manager for further escalation.
* Develop daily weather reports to help anticipate and control potential issues.
* Identify recurring incidents and create problems to address these repeated events.
* Enhance knowledge base to prevent or mitigate future incidents.
* Maintain low stock levels through regular inventory checks.
* Conduct weekly incident reviews to share action plans with service delivery managers and business units.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in similar roles, preferably with a background in IT or related fields.
* Strong expertise in Service Now, including ticket creation and tracking.
* Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and principles.
* Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.
* Proficiency in French language.
