Job Title: Customer Service Agent
About the Role:
We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide product/service information to customers
* Answer questions and concerns from customers via phone, email, or social media
* Deliver calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues

* Full-time work (40 hours/week, 5 days/week) on rotating shifts
