Role Overview
As the Global Process Owner for Commercial Processes, lead the E2E standardization and optimization of customer-facing processes, including sales, marketing, and customer service. Focus on creating seamless customer journeys and improving processes such as lead management and order-to-cash.
Your work will ensure alignment between commercial operations and NKT's broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish governance structures to ensure consistent and effective execution of commercial processes globally.
* Define and implement the vision and strategy for E2E commercial processes, aligned with our ERP.
* Drive standardization and optimization of commercial processes to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Integrate CRM systems and tools to streamline customer-facing processes.
* Lead change management initiatives to drive adoption and alignment with commercial process improvements.
* Partner with Master Data team to maintain high-quality commercial master data.
We Are Looking For
A dynamic individual with deep understanding and expertise in customer engagement, sales, marketing, or customer service processes.
You should have strong change management skills and experience optimizing revenue-driving processes.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
Required Skills:
* Expertise in customer engagement, sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
* Experience in governance framework establishment and ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Strong understanding of ERP, CRM systems, and commercial analytics tools (e.g., S4 Hana, SAP ECC, C4C, or similar).
* Proven experience in optimizing revenue-driving processes.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Demonstrated success in managing change and fostering stakeholder alignment.
* Ability to travel as needed (25%).
