As our future Learning Solutions Technical Architect:
You will collaborate with specific stakeholders to design and co-create various digital multimedia assets involved in learning projects, such as eLearning modules, graphics, media, communication templates, and SharePoint sites. You will be responsible for delivering products that are tested and ready for implementation and launch via HRSS.
Your responsibilities:
* Be an influential part of a multifunctional team of experts developing engaging and effective learning experiences for employees.
* Master or grow your capabilities in instructional design methodologies and content authoring tools to create impactful learning solutions, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training, and multimedia content.
* Work in an agile way, fully understanding stakeholder requirements, discussing solution approaches, and regularly reviewing design work at an early stage.
* Consult and collaborate with an assigned Digital Learning Solutions Architect to deliver work in line with the project’s Scope of Work, Sprint Plan, and Budget.
* Design and build instructional materials in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
* Adopt new ways of working with creativity and attention to detail.
* Stay up-to-date on market trends, multimedia tools, and educational technologies.
* Ensure a cycle of continuous improvement through team stand-ups, retrospectives, and customer feedback.
* Provide advice when planning project-specific internal communication campaigns to ensure consistency in marketing and communication approaches that meet quality standards.
* Produce a final launch communication pack, including templates, media, graphics, and more.
* Work remotely and collaborate with people worldwide, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
* Bring learning initiatives to life.
Your profile:
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, preferably in Educational Technology or Instructional Design, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, developing content, preferably within a corporate environment.
Your main focus is around digital learning, instructional design, and user experience, including:
* Technical skills in authoring tools (preferably Articulate), video editing (preferably Camtasia), and image editing (Photoshop).
* Basic knowledge of HTML and consultancy skills.
* Experience with Agile methodologies is a big plus.
