WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Proven track record in business development, preferably in the energy or industrial sectors; Exceptional skills in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships; Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Portuguese and English; Ability to thrive in multicultural and dynamic environments; Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset, with a focus on achieving commercial goals; Willingness to travel nationally and internationally; Expertise in energy solutions, including renewables and energy efficiency; Advanced proficiency inOffice 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY?
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs; Build and strengthen commercial relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders; Develop comprehensive commercial proposals, incorporating technical and financial analyses tailored for client presentations; Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth; Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with client needs and the company's objectives; Become a subject matterexpert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news and trends; Analyse market data andproduce reports to inform decision-making.
