As a TA Specialist, you will act as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand ethos through mindful candidate care and thorough screening on soft and hard skills as well as team and brand fit.
The Role
* Coordinate with HRBPs and managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
* Source applicants through the brand’s career page, LinkedIn, and referrals.
* Create job descriptions and screening questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
* Compile lists of the most suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references.
* Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
* Maintain high-quality data entry on Taleo to facilitate follow-up and GDPR compliance.
* Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders.
* Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
* Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities.
* Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years in recruitment; fashion retail experience will be a plus.
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* High level of written and spoken English.
