We are looking for a talented SAP S4 Retail-O2C Consultant to join our team and help drive excellence in SAP S/4HANA solutions within the retail sector.
Responsibilities: Participate in the survey of business processes to understand sales and procurement requirements; Develop blueprints for sales and procurement processes, collaborating with stakeholders and architects; Create Functional Design Documents (FDD) and consult with ABAP developers on customization needs; Configure SAPS/4HANA for sales and procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices; Test developments and configurations to ensure functionality and alignment with requirements; Conduct functional testing and provide support during the testing phase; Develop user instructions and documentation for sales and procurement processes; Participate in end-to-end testing phases and provide support to related functional teams; Assist in thego-live process and provide post-launch support.
Minimum Requirements: Hold a degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, or similar); Have 4+ yearsof SAP experience, specializing in SD and MM processes, with practical experience in SAP S/4HANA; Have completed at least 2 full-cycle projects/sub-projects in SD and MM areas; Experience with ERP for Retail, SAP FMS, SAP S/4HANA Fashion, or Fashion companies (Preferred); Have practical knowledge of SAP CAR (POSDM), SAP BTP, and SAP CPI; Have a strongunderstanding of Fiori's approach, sales processes, billing, and output management (OPD, EDI integration); Be skilled incustomization and development in SAP to meet business needs, including setting up SD and procurement processes; Have a solid understanding and practical experience with integration approaches inside S/4HANA (IDOCs, SOAP for SD/MM); Have strong analytical skills, project participation experience, and abilities to train and support users; Be proficientin reading, writing, and speaking English; Be able to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment; Demonstrate excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members, business owners, and end-users; Be quality and deadline-oriented.
