Job Title: Party Chief
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Party Chief to lead our survey team on offshore vessels equipped with cutting-edge survey equipment.
The successful candidate will oversee the offshore survey team on board, optimizing productivity and efficiency while maintaining effective communication with key project stakeholders, including Project Management, Client representatives, Vessel master, and crew.
Responsibilities include:
* Leading the offshore survey team on board
* Monitoring progress and quality of works using survey equipment and software
* Ensuring timely production of survey deliverables, meeting high-quality standards
You will be a key member of the vessel team, working closely with Captain, Chief Engineer & OIM to ensure project success.
Requirements:
* At least five years of relevant experience as a Surveyor, preferably in the offshore industry
* Familiarity with survey techniques & software, such as Qinsy or similar
* Practical acumen and ability to adapt to challenging and remote environments
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to empower and motivate junior surveyors
* Demonstrated precision and commitment to high-quality standards and safety
* Fluent in both spoken and written English, with additional language proficiencies valued
* Willingness to work on board of one of our vessels in a 5 weeks on / 5 weeks off rotation schedule

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (estimated)
