Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified ERP Consultant/Analyst to join our team at Hays, working with a client in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with various ERP systems and will be responsible for issuing Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring compliance, and maintaining the system in the IT Finance area.
Responsibilities:
1. Issuing Purchase Orders (POs): Generate and process POs in accordance with company policies and procedures.
2. Ensuring Compliance: Ensure all POs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. System Maintenance: Perform maintenance and updates on ERP systems to ensure data efficiency and accuracy.
4. User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users of ERP systems.
5. Data Analysis: Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
6. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement improvements and new functionalities in ERP systems.
Requirements:
1. Education: Degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERP systems, preferably in the automotive sector.
3. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
4. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
5. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
7. Proactivity: Ability to work independently and proactively to solve problems and implement solutions.
