To this end, we organize three community conferences in 2025, as well as monthly community meetups in 15+ cities across the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the USA, and beyond.Your tasksAs Event Manager, you'll lead with autonomy and impact, responsible for:1.
Coordinating Monthly Meetups Across 15+ Cities and Six Countries- Recruit and train local hosts & assistants.- Find and secure unique venues that create an atmosphere of hospitality (e.G., deli-style charm).- Deliver events that feel like a "home away from home," with 10–30 attendees per meetup.- Regions include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the UK, and the USA.2.
Orchestrating Conferences That Stand Out- Organize two Leaders in Consulting conferences (London & Munich, 100–150 attendees each).- Manage the Level Up HR Leaders conference (Munich, 200 attendees).- Oversee venue selection, logistics, staffing, and all event details.- Guarantee an elevated, 5-star experience from start to finish.3.
Driving Stakeholder Engagement- Collaborate with our content team and Demand Generation Manager to ensure events are well-attended
